I/O Modules
The S7-1200 controller offers expansion modules to provide additional control and flexibility. These signal modules mount on the side of the CPU to provide additional I/O for more complex automation tasks. Digital, analog, communication, as well as some special modules are provided to add additional functionality. Omron's CP family of programmable controllers offer a variety of expansion modules to further enhance the functionality of the PLC. Digital, analog and temperature sensor units are available to provide more options and greater possibilities for a wide variety of applications.
