Terms and Conditions
Payments
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For well-established accounts we will accept ACH payments. We do not accept wire transfers.
For open accounts, our terms are Net 30 days with approved credit. Payment is due and payable in full within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Past due amounts are subject to late payment service charges of 2% per month, which is an annual rate of 24%. A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to each returned check. Accounts 61 days old will be placed on C.O.D. at the discretion of the seller. Legal action may be taken after an account debt becomes delinquent. Buyer will be responsible for all service charges, reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs and collection agency's fees.
Prices and Specifications
We make every effort to show accurate pricing and specifications, however, there may be errors or changes that have not been updated on our website. Prices are subject to change at any time for any reason. We will make every attempt to notify you of any change in pricing before processing your order. Quoted prices do not include any taxes, transportation charges, custom fees, special packaging or labeling or other miscellaneous items or services not specified.
Order Changes
No order accepted by our sales department may be altered or modified by buyer unless agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized official of Bolen's Control House, Inc. Charges arising from any modification or alteration are the responsibility of the buyer.
No order may be cancelled or terminated without approval from Bolen's Control House, Inc. If you need to cancel your order and it has already been processed, shipped or received in our warehouse there may be restocking fees. Every effort will be made to cancel your order, however, order cancellation is subject to our manufacturer's cancellation policy. If the product has been special ordered or is a non-stock item it may be non-cancelable, non-returnable.
Delivery Schedule
Quoted lead times are based on manufacturer's estimates as well as estimated shipping times. Bolen's Control House, Inc. shall not be held liable for delays in delivery from the manufacturer or failure due to causes beyond our control.
Shipment
Bolen's Control House, Inc. ships from either 7908 W. Woodlark St., Boise, ID 83709 or 140 S. 100 West, Burley, ID 83318. Direct shipments will come direct from the manufacturer's address. We primarily ship UPS and Federal Express. These freight charges along with any insurance and handling charges will be added to your invoice. If the buyer supplies their shipping account number, we will bill their account directly for the freight charges. We also ship heavy weight pallets through various LTL companies. Unfortunately, we do not ship our products outside the United States.
Return Policy
Please contact a sales representative before returning any product.
In the event of a shipping error or shortage, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment so we can fix the error. Failure to notify us in a timely manner will make it more difficult to rectify the situation. Bolen's Control House, Inc., will do its best to accept for return, exchange, or credit, stock items which were purchased direct from us within the last 30 days. Items have to be in new and resalable condition which includes undamaged factory sealed boxes and packaging and manufacturer's insert product information.
Any special ordered items within the last 30 days will be subject to manufacturer's return policies. Applicable restocking charges plus return freight charges will apply. Some items might be non-cancelable, non-returnable. Please contact your sales representative for further instructions.
Warranty
Bolen's Control House, Inc. honors warranty claims in accordance with the warranties granted by the manufacturer of the merchandise in question. Most manufacturer's warranties are for a year or longer. Bolen's Control House, Inc. does not warrant any products against damage from corrosion, contamination, misapplication, improper specification or operating conditions beyond our control. Products that are damaged or modified are not covered under warranty.
