Blocks & Holders

Fuse blocks, holders, and covers secure and protect fuses while they are connected to an electrical circuit. They are typically designed to fit specific fuse classes, types, and sizes. Fuse blocks and holders provide an electrical connection point for mounting fuses and holding them in place to maintain contact with the circuit. Fuse block covers attach to an individual fuse in a block to prevent accidental contact with live clips and terminals.
Finger-safe fuse blocks are compatible with UL Class CC fuses rated up to 30A, 600VAC for overcurrent protection of branch circuits, control circuits, lighting, transformers, and general loads, with 600 VAC UL Class J fuses that provide a high interrupting rating for protecting against short circuits and with midget fuses sized at 10mm x 38mm (13/32" x 1-1/2") rated up to 30A that supplement the primary branch-circuit fuse or breaker and provide backup over-current protection for lighting, solenoid, motor, and transformer circuits. UL Class CC blocks are rejection-style holders that prevent midget fuses from being installed. UL Class CC and midget fuse holders mount to a DIN rail. UL Class J blocks snap-mount to a 35mm DIN rail and may also have bolt holes for mounting to a panel. Indicating-style fuse blocks have a visual indicator to make it easier to identify blown fuses for replacement.
