Changing the industry with the mere push of a button, WAGO now offers button-actuated function terminal blocks that are modeled after the successful push-button-equipped TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks. The new function blocks complement WAGO's existing through terminal blocks with push-buttons, allowing users to benefit from push-button convenience across the entire terminal block assembly. The function terminal block, which can be used as a fuse terminal block, disconnect terminal block or through terminal block, is incredibly compact despite the pivoting fuse holder and test ports on both sides. The new disconnect/test and fuse terminal blocks for 2.5mm2 (14AWG) conductors feature WAGO's industry-proven Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology and provide simple, intuitive operation.

Push-button operation has been part of the WAGO product offering since the founding of the company. Primarily used in PCB and chassis mount terminal blocks, it is now offered in our TOPJOB® S rail mount terminal block family.

Push-button Advantages:

  • Simple - press down orange push-button with tool, insert conductor, release - done
  • Intuitive - orange push-button clearly distinguishes wire entry from tool entry
  • Options - push-button for rail-mount, as well as PCB and chassis mount, terminal blocks
  • Unique push-button design ensures operation integrity with positive feedback

WAGO's push-button disconnect/test terminal blocks enable reliable power circuit disconnection via integrated knife disconnect or a separate disconnect plug. Both knife disconnects and disconnect plugs provide visual confirmation of the switched status, distinguishing these terminal blocks from other terminal blocks with their highly visible orange color.

WAGO's push-button fuse terminal blocks reliably prevent damage to devices and systems resulting from a short circuit and include variants for both glass cartridge fuses and mini-automotive blade-style fuses. Blown fuses can be easily and safely replaced - a glance at the blown-fuse LED indicators is all that's needed to immediately locate an error.

With the push-button, it now also boasts especially simple handling and clear organization, making it easier to see where the operating tool needs to be inserted. Like the other 2206 and 2006 Series terminal blocks, the function terminal block with push-button is compatible with WAGO's jumper and marking system. It is used primarily in railway engineering - specifically for signaling block systems - but also in power engineering, the manufacturing and process industry and the marine and offshore sector.

With the expanding TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Block range, you can now choose from three different actuation variants: lever, push-button and operating slot. Choose the models that best suit your application.

Your benefits include:

  • Push-button for easy use: The orange actuator is visually prominent, and the operating tool is freely selectable.
  • Push-in CAGE CLAMP® termination for fast wiring
  • Compact design
